Q: Are there discounts for yearly plans?
Yes! If you pay for a year in advance you save 20% on the plan you select.
Q: Do I have to enter my credit card to sign up?
If you sign up for a paid plan, then you will be asked to enter your credit card in order to continue.
Q: Can I change plans?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, pause your account, or switch between monthly and annual billing at any time. You may receive account credit if you downgrade to a lower-priced plan, and you will be billed immediately for any difference when upgrading to a higher-priced plan. However, once you have upgraded to a paid plan, there isn’t an option to downgrade back to the free trial.
Q: Can I use ShortStack for free?
You bet! The best way to get started with ShortStack is to sign up for our free trial. Simply sign up and start creating contests, giveaways, lists, forms and landing pages. If you decide you want to continue using your account after testing it out, just upgrade to a paid plan.
Q: What happens if I exceed my plan’s limits?
Don’t worry, if you exceed your plan’s limits, you will automatically be moved up to the next plan that accommodates your needs. We’ll keep you in the loop with any changes.

Q: Can I close my account at any time?
Of course. There are no ongoing contracts or cancellation penalties. You can also pause your account billing for up to 90 days. If you have paid for an annual ShortStack subscription, and you decide to cancel within the first three months of signing up, we may offer a prorated refund for any unused portion of your subscription (up to 50% of the total plan value). Month-to-month subscriptions are not eligible for refunds, so we encourage you to explore our Free Trial before you purchase.
