A campaign view is counted each time someone loads one of your actual campaign pages — not every time an embed code loads on your website. That's an important difference. Some competitors count every page load where their code appears, which can add up fast. With ShortStack, you're only charged when someone actually sees your campaign. Your view count resets at the start of each billing period, and if you go over your limit, overage rates are based on your plan.

For annual plans, you'll receive separate monthly invoices for any overages throughout the year. We'll send you alerts before you reach your allowance, when you reach it, and when you exceed it.
